INCIDENT REPORT

Zipline Rider Collides with Rolling Staircase

 

Last year, we published a report about a severe zipline incident where a rider collided with a metal rolling staircase. The rider sustained injuries to their leg and was transported to the hospital for treatment.

 

The cause of the incident was the staircase not being secured in a safe position before the go ahead was given to launch.
